10 second Quad Snatch Position
10 second Standing Overhead Position
10 second Overhead Squat Position

15min to find a 1 RM of: 
Power Snatch + Hang Full Snatch + Overhead Squat

AMRAP 12 min:
400m run
25 Burpees
300m run
50 Burpees
200m run
75 Burpees
