Dynamic Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Box Squat @55% 1RM - 5x5 (you can use a different bar than you are used to!)
- (KB) Skater Squats - 3x8 / leg

Metcon:
„Death by“ - Thrusters

With a continuously running clock, perform:
1 Thruster in the 1. min
2 Thrusters in the 2. min
3 Thrusters in the 3. min
etc
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
