Strength: 
- Rear Rack Jerk - 1RM
- Neutral Grip DB Floor Press - 3x8

Accessory:
DB Rollback Extensions - 4x10

Core/Abs:
Single Leg Crossover Sit Ups (one foot under DB) - 3x12 Per Leg

WOD:
5 Rounds for time:
12 DB Deadlifts (22.5/15kg)
9 DB Hang Clean
6 DB Shoulder to Overhead
