1 Pullup, directly into 1 Skin the Cat, into 5 sec Candle Hold, back down to full Skin the Cat, 1 Pullup
- Ring Complex Scaled - 5 rounds:
Skin the Cat and Candle Hold 

Metcon:
In Teams of 2:
AMRAP 8 min
Row for meters + Double unders, switch as needed
then AMRAP 4 min
Max reps Sandbag Cleans
