Snatch Movement Primer:
On the Minute x 5 (empty barbell or light load, not to exceed 25%)
Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Snatch Balance

Squat Snatch:
1 Set of 2 – 60%
1 Set of 2 – 70%
1 Set of 2 – 75%
3 Sets of 2 – 80%
Rest at most 2:00 between sets. 

Do not rush the setup – allow yourself several seconds between repetitions to make every rep your best effort.
