Max Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Banded reverse bench press, close grip - 1RM
​

- JM press off of pins barely off your throat max chain tension - 4x10

WOD:
Hero WOD: „D.T.“
5 rounds for time:
12 Deadlift 
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Jerk
Rx: 70/47kg
Scale down to a weight you can do 1 round unbroken when fresh

Finisher:
100 Sub Scap Pushups
