Clean and Jerk
Alternating OTM x 14:
Odd Minutes – 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat
Even Minutes – 2 Split Jerks (from the rack)
Build to ~70% of your best clean and jerk, and start the session from there.
Build gradually over the rounds to a heavy for the day. Consider these as pairings – the weight on the Even Minutes must be the same as the Odd Minutes (even if you jerk more than you clean).

9 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
9 Burpees
9 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
