Max Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Front Squat with 25% chains - 1RM
- Front Squat Top Set, 8 reps, start with 50% 1RM, +5/3kg each week
- Stiff legged Sumo Deadlift - 3x8

Metcon:
20 Rounds for Quality
3 Strict Handstand Pushups
2 Burpees
1 Ring Muscle-up / (C2B) Pullup
