3 Touch-and-Go Squat Snatches


“Strict Cindy on the Minute”
EMOM for 20 minutes
5 Strict Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

*Scale number of reps to ensure you are finishing each round (4-8-12 or 3-6-9).
