2 Position Hang Squat Snatch 55% 1RM 
Rest 2 min
15 min to establish a Heavy Single Snatch
Rest 3 min and prepare for
AMRAP 6 min
1 Snatch @ 55-60% of today's heavy single
1 Burpee over bar
Add 1 rep each round
Bar-dropping = 10 Burpee over bar - penalty
