Dynamic Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
-Bench Press with Straight Bar @45% + Doubled Micro Mini (under 100kg max) or Mini Bands - 9x3  (3 sets wide, 3 sets middle, 3 sets close)
-Bench Press Straight Weight Top Set, 8 reps, Close grip, +2,5kg

WOD:
30 Minute AMRAP
Follow the Leader Style in teams of 3 with similar strength

3 Bench (AHAP/UB)
5 Deadlift (AHAP/UB)
15 Calorie Row

*  Athlete should advance to station as it becomes available do not wait  for Athlete to finish all three movements, do not leapfrog teammate
