Makeup 5/3/1 Press or Deadlift

2 rounds, each for time of:
4 jerks 60/40kg
5 front squats 60/40kg
6 power cleans 60/40kg
40 pull-ups
50 push-ups
60 sit-ups
Time cap 8min (each round)

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

If you couldn't finish the first round within time cap scale down to:
3-4-5-30-40-50
2-3-4-20-30-40
Go heavy on the first three exercises!
