Monday + Tuesday – Training
Wednesday – Training + Mobility
Thursday – Strongman WOD or Rest
Friday – Open 17.3
Saturday – Team WOD
Sunday – Rest

4 Rounds, Not for Time:
1:30 Light Row
7/5 Bar Muscle-Ups
1. The number we choose today should be less than half of our max Bar MU set.
2. Do not go to failure. If we are missing reps due to fatigue, we are pushing the repetition scheme to far.
3. If we are working on our first Bar Muscle-Up, stack a box beneath and complete 3-5 Jumping Bar MU per round, focusing on lat activation (driving the bar down).
