Strength: 
- Strict Press - 1 RM

Accessory:
- max band tension close grip push ups - 3x10
- DB Tate Press - 3x12

WOD:
A.) EMOM for 10 min:
2 Hang Squat Snatch @ 80% of 1 RM
B.) 3 rounds for max unbroken reps:
Push jerk @ 100% 1 RM Strict Press
3 min rest between sets
