Start with 60% 1RM and add 5% every set.
Focus on starting position and aggressive hips

For 5 rounds:
AMRAP 3 min
3 Sumo Deadlifts 100/70kg
6 Situps
9 Toes to Bar

Rest 1 min between rounds
