5 Sets of 5 Kip Swings on Rings
Rest as needed between sets

Alternating On the Minute x 10 (5 Rounds):
Odd Minutes – 2 Pausing (3 secs) Overhead Squats @ 70% of 1RM Snatch
Even Minutes – 2-5 Ring Muscleups

Conditioning:
AMRAP 3 min
20 Double unders 
5 Pushups
5 Situps

Rest 2 min

AMRAP 3 min
20 Double unders
5 Pullups
5 Burpees
