Tabata Arch hold (8x20"/10")

Muscle-up transition (on boxes) (Practice)

4 rounds - 1 min rest between each round:
400m run
20 thrusters 20/15kg
12 burpees
6 chest to bar pull ups
Each round is a sprint - 100% effort.

Score is total working time (without rest)
