Dynamic Effort Upper Body Day

Strength:
- Bench Press with Straight Bar @ 40% + Doubled Micro Mini's (Under 200 lb. Max) or Mini Bands - 9x3 (3 Sets Close grip, 3 Sets Medium Grip, 3 Sets Wide Grip), 30 sec rest

Weightlifting:
- Split Jerk @ 80% - 6x2

Accessory:
- Banded zott press mini/ micro bands 3x8

Core/Abs:
- Strict T2B - 3x10 

WOD:
10 min EMOM: 
8 one arm DB squat cleans 30/22.5kg
20 double unders
