Strength:
- Floor Press @ 50% + 20% chains - 9x3 (3 Sets Close Grip, 3 Sets Middle Grip, 3 Sets Wide Grip)

Weightlifting:
- Push Jerk @ 85% - 6x3

Accessory:
- Pull ups 3x6 max weight

WOD:
In 10 minutes:

7 Pullups
AMRAP 5 min
40 unbroken SU
7 Burpees
