Jumps: Kneeling Plate Jumps - max height

Strength: 
- Box Squat @ 55% + band - 12x2
- Bulgarian Split Squats with jump - 2x8/side

Core/Abs:
- Good morning Static Hold @1/2 ROM Against max band tension - 3x1 Minute, rest 30 sec

Metcon:
4 Rounds for time:
400 m Run
25 Shoulder to Overhead 35/25kg
35 Situps
