Strength: 
- OH Squat - 3RM. 
- Speed Pulls:Conventional Deadlift @50% + 30% Band Tension - 10x2

Accessory:
Hip Bridge  - 3x15

Core/Abs:
Decline Front Loaded Barbell Sit-Ups - 8RM

WOD:
12-9-6. 
Clean and Jerks 80/55kg
30 Second Handstand Hold Between Each Set
