Speed Pulls: 
Sumo DL Pull from 20kg plates @65% - 8x3

Accessory:
Bulgarian Squats with DB - 3x10/leg

WOD:
In Teams of 2:
AMRAP 10 min
200m run (together)
4 rope climbs
10 Cleans 60/45kg
with weight vest
