Clean high pull + Hang Squat Clean, work to a heavy 2 in 10 min.

Every 3 min. for 18 min. perform:
12 deadlift
9 hang power clean
6 jerk

*start at 60/40kg and add 10/5kg after you complete each round within the time frame, if you do not complete each round within the time, reduce weight and continue
