Strength Cycle 2 week 1: Deadlift 

Teams of 2 complete the following for total time
as a relay (each team member must complete the reps listed on each exercise before the next team member can start):
-2x100m shuttle run
-10 pullups
-10 ring dips
-15 hand release pushups
-15 box jumps
then as a team breaking it up however you choose:
-100 wallball 20/14
-75 kettlebell swings 24/16kg
-50 burpees

Time cap 17 min.
