Back Squat @60% + 25% Hanging Chains 10x2
- Front Squat Straight Weight Top Set, + 5 kg from last week
Accessory:
- Dimel Deadlift @25% Against Singled Micro or Mini Bands - 3x20
Core/Abs:
- Perform 30 Reps of  Inverted Extensions (Russian Leg lifts)  https://vimeo.com/175656026
