With a constantly running clock set for 20 min.
0-6:59 min.: Find a 3 reps max hang clean
7:00-9:59 min.: Rest and load your bar to 75% of 3RM hang clean
10:00-20:00 min. perform an AMRAP in 10 min. of:
-10 hang clean @ 75% of 3RM
-200m run
-10 C2B pullups
