Strength:
- Bench Press @50% + 25% Chains - 5x5

Top Set:
- Floor Press, medium grip, 8 reps, + 2,5/1,5kg from last week

Accessory:
- Inverted row wide grip max band tension - 3x10

Core/Abs:
- One arm DB situps - 2x8 /arm

WOD:
"Tabata something else"
Pullups/Pushups/Situps/Squats
