Max Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Bench Press Dead Press (2" above chest) Against Doubled Micro Mini or Mini Bands - 2 RM
- Z-Press: Seated (on ground, legs straight on ground) Overhead Press off of Pins - 6RM
*Set bar at nose height, and don't slide bar up the uprights
- Flat DB Tate Presses - 3x10 

Gymnastics:
5 min Handstand work - work up to a max hold free handstand

WOD:
6 Rounds
5 Push Press 50/35kg
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Wallballs (20/14)
