With 70% 1RM C&J


Death by Thrusters (+ T2B)
Do 1 Thruster + 5 T2B the first minute,
Do 2 Thrusters + 5 T2B the 2. minute,
Do 3 Thrusters + 5 T2B the 3. minute,
etc.
Rx: 50/35kg
