Weightlifting:
Power Snatch 8x1. Start with 60% 1RM and build up in weight
Power Clean & Jerk 8x1. Start with 60% 1RM and build up in weight

Conditioning:
12 Minute EMOM:
Odd: 5 Overhead Squat @ 60% 1RM  (Bar Taken from ground)
Even: 5-7 Ring/Box Dips
