Strength:
3x60" Kettlebell snatches
3x60" Kettlebell cleans
switch hands after 30"

Metcon: 4 rounds for time:
10 KB snatches (alternating)
10 burpee over the box jump
10 KB one armed overhead squats (5 left + 5 right)
