Snatch Balance - 1RM

Strength: 
Snatch Grip Dimmel Deadlift @ 30% of max deadlift - 3x20

Core/Abs:
max band tension plank for 3x 1 min

WOD:
4 rounds for time: 
7 Handstand pushups 
7 Thrusters 43/30kg 
7 Knees to elbows 
7 Hang cleans 43/30kg
7 Burpees over bar
7 Pullups
TC 12min
