- Bench Press @60% + 25% Bands - 5x5
(middle grip)

Weightlifting:
- Push Jerk @ 80% - 6x3

Accessory:
- Rope Pullups - 3x8

Core/Abs:
- Banded oblique rotation 3x20 per side

WOD:
Tabata
  • Pushups
  • Wallballs
  • L-Sit holds from bar
