Dynamic Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Front Squat @55% + 25 Hanging Chains NO BOX - 6x6
- Squat Top Set
- Speed Pulls:
Sumo Deadlift @50% + 30% Band Tension - 6x3
- Stationary Lunge Good Mornings Against Max Band Tension from Front - 3x10 Per Leg 
*Back Leg Straight, front knee bent. In this position, bend forward into good morning. All 10 reps on one leg, then switch to other leg.

Core/Abs:
Hollow Rocks - 3x20

WOD:
Every 2 Mins for 12 Mins 
Run 200 Meters
