Work to a heavy single in 15 min. of
1 high hang Power Snatch + 1 low hang Power Snatch 

Teams of 2 (-3) complete the following for time:
-100 KB swings 24/16kg (alternate every 10 reps)
-50 Burpees (alternate every 5 reps)
-25 Toes to bar (alternate every 5 reps)
-50 Thrusters 43/30kg (alternate every 5 reps)
-100 cal. (alternate every 10 cal.) Row
