Ascending Ladder for 8 Minutes:
3 Power Snatches 40/30kg, 3 Kipping HSPU
6 Power Snatches 40/30kg), 6 Kipping HSPU
9 Power Snatches 40/30kg, 9 Kipping HSPU
Continue to add 3 repetitions to each movement until the 8-Minute cap is reached.
