Dynamic Effort Lower Body Day

Strength: 
- Front squat with band pulling forward to the bottom - 65% bar weight - 9x3
- Speed Pulls: Clean High Pull, @ 70% - 9x1
- Walking Lunges with 1 DB on Shoulder and 1 DB OH, max weight - 3x 10m

Core/Abs:
15 Russian Leg Lifts

Metcon:
With a constantly running clock for 12 min:
800m Run 
In the remaining time do as many rounds as possible:
20 HSPU
20 Deadlifts 80/55kg
20 Air Squats
