3 Snatch Grip Sotts Presses
3 Overhead Squats
with light weights

5 sets of:
1 Pausing Snatch Grip Deadlift (2s just below knee)
1 Low-Hang Squat Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
Set #1 - 45% of 1RM Snatch
Set #2 - 50%
Sets #3+4+5 - 55%
(5% increase in weights from last Wednesday)

Gymnastics:
6 Rounds of 45 sec work - 15 sec rest:
3 (strict) HSPU
In remaining time max reps double unders
