- Speed Pulls: Conventional Deadlifts, 40% bar weight + 30% band tension - 8x1

Accessory:
Pistol Squats,  Standing on Edge of 20-24" Box (leg can dip below box level) - Max Weight

WOD:
7 Rounds for time:
7 OH Squats 50/35kg
7 Ring Dips
