Strength: 
- Bench Press with Straight Bar @40% + 25% Hanging Chains - 9x3 (3 sets wide, 3 sets middle, 3 sets close)
- Bench Press Top Set
Accessory:
- Incline face down db rows - 3x15

Core/Abs:
Landmine Barbell Oblique Rotations (side to side)- 3x24

AMRAP 8 Min:
21 Hang Power Snatches 30/20kg
15 Burpees over Bar
