Jumps:
- 5 Hurdle hops - 5 rounds

Strength: 
- Front Squat Top Set, 8 reps, start with 50% 1RM
- Cossack Squats - 3x8/side
- Romanian Deadlift - 3x10

WOD:
For time
20-25-30-25-20
Box Jumps
10-15-20-15-10
Toes to Bar
after every round do 50 Double Under
