​Skill: Muscle-up transition (on boxes)

​Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes:
12 unbroken thrusters

Choose a weight that will allow you to do 12 unbroken thrusters every 2 minutes.
This should be a challenging weight, but not a single set should be broken up.
Each set should take no more than 45 seconds at the most.

​Tabata Hollow hold (7x20"/10")
Tabata Arch hold (7x20"/10")
