- Squat Top Set

Accessory:
- Speed Pulls: Conventional 1" Deficit Deadlift @50% + 20% Chains - 10x1
- Bulgarian Split Squats with DBs - 3x10 Per Leg

Core/Abs:
Plank Against Band - 3x1 Minute
