Dynamic Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Bench Press, wide grip @ 50% + 25% Bands - 12x2
- 3x10 strict Ring Dips (or close grip Louie Pushups )
- 3x5 One Arm DB Press

Core/Abs:
2 RNFT
15 Barbell Roll Outs + 1 Wall Climb + Max Handstand  hold

WOD:
8-4-6-2
Bar Muscle up
Power Snatch 60/40kg
