5x Deadlifts (120/85kg)
50x Push ups
10x Deadlifts (100/70kg)
40x Push ups
15x Deadlifts (80/55kg)
30x Push ups
5x Power cleans (80/55kg)
20x Push ups
10x Power cleans (60/40kg)
10x Push ups
15x Power cleans (40/25kg)

Have a partner strip weight off as you proceed through WOD.
Player 1 completes WOD as player 2 strips weight off, then switch as player 2 completes WOD in reverse direction with player 1 adding weight back on
