Strength: 
1) 6 rounds – Every 2 minutes complete:
3 High hang squat snatch (Start at a moderate weight and work up to a max for the day)

2) Box Squat against bands:
Conjugate Max Effort, work up to a 1 RM

Metcon: 
„Dan the Man“
For time:
50 Double unders
40 Pushups
30 Overhead Squats 30kg
20 Front rack lunges 30kg
10 Snatch & Burpees 30kg
If you have a 10kg weight vest, wear it!
