25% Reverse band bench press - 1RM
floor press close grip max chain - 3x8
Accessory:
russian dips 3x10
(if russian dips are not possible do DB JM Presses)

WOD:
15 rounds for time
5  burpee box jumps
3 strict (C2B) pullups
1  strict HSPU
