Dynamic Effort Upper Body Day

Strength: 
- Axle Bar (or Fat Grips) Bench Press @35% + 25% Hanging Chains - 5x5 (all wide grip)
- Bench Press Top Set 

Accessory:
- Towel Grip (or with rope) Pull Ups - 30 reps total

WOD:
4 Rounds 
20 Situps 
10 Bar Facing Bupees 
10 Power Cleans 50/35kg
TC 11 min

Finisher: 
Standing, Single Arm Banded Reverse Flys - 3x50 Per Arm
