Strength Cycle 3 Week 3: Deadlift 

In teams of 2
For time:
30 clean & jerks 60/40kg
800m run (together)
100 Wallballs

For STCH Athletes: Take this workout as a warmup for tomorrow. Take a moderate weight for the clean&jerks. Run at a comfortable pace and don't push to hard on the wallballs.

Cool down:
5 min jog and 10 min on black roll
