Skill: Practice Legless Rope Climbs and Regular Rope Climbs for 6 min

4 Rounds for time :
400m run
20 Pushups
10 V situps
5 Power cleans @ 65% of 1 RM
Time cap: 25 min

Recovery: 10 min black rolling
